With over 20 years of experience in networking, wireless, fibre, and infrastructure design, Stephen leads the technical and operational direction at BBnet. His career began in the Merchant Navy, where he developed in-depth expertise in RF technology, a foundation that enabled him to engineer robust wireless networks, laying the groundwork for BBnet’s evolution into a leading fibre and wireless telecommunications operator in Ireland and beyond.
As Chief Operating Officer, Stephen ensures the highest standards are upheld across all field installations and technical operations. From system architecture to real-time troubleshooting, his calm, pragmatic approach and deep technical insight are central to delivering secure, high-performance services.
