An office based role serving our existing and prospective customers by determining requirements; answering enquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests and maintaining customer database.
– Determines requirements by working with customers.
– Answers enquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
– Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
– Accurately and completely maintain customer information on company system.
– Scheduling of customer installations and service calls in a timely manner
– Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
– Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
– Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
– Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
– Participate in any other company projects, as outlined by management within given time frame.
– Experience in the telecoms / service industry would be an advantage
